Partnered with more than 4,000 donors and 30 community organizations

Launched a pilot with Lyft to provide more than 2,500 free rides to 2-1-1 callers in need of transportation assistance to access community services

Founded Early Matters Greater Austin, a coalition of business leaders who champion family-friendly workplaces, influence public policy, and advance innovation to improve early childhood outcomes

Launched Family Connects Texas, an initiative that offers free nurse home visits to families in Austin/Travis County with a newborn

Created and launched a community-wide 2-Gen strategic plan, promoting an approach to social services which serves parents and children simultaneously and leads to better financial outcomes for both generations

Developed a new five-year community-wide Success By 6 strategic plan, to help ensure every child born in Austin/Travis County receives the support and care they need to enter Kindergarten ready to learn and succeed

Annual reports from Family Connects, a universal nurse home visiting program focused on giving babies the best possible start in life.

Good Measure

A Mission Capital-led group founded by Andy Roddick Foundation, Applied Materials Foundation, Central Texas Summer STEM Funder Collaborative, Michael and Susan Dell Foundation, St. David’s Foundation, and United Way for Greater Austin.

This collaborative focuses on providing nonprofits with the training, resources, and tools they need to collect and analyze data in order to better understand their impact.

Del Valle Youth-Led Community Health Learning Initiative

A project of Children’s Optimal Health, which joined forces and merged with United Way for Greater Austin in July 2022.
