Early Learning Advancement Collective
The Early Learning Advancement Collective (ELAC) is a United Way for Greater Austin initiative that supports early childhood centers and providers with training, resources, and advocacy.
Our mission is to positively impact the educational wellbeing of early learners, through supporting early childhood centers and providers with high quality training, resources and advocacy to ensure that all children in the Greater Austin area enter Kindergarten ready to succeed in life.
We envision a Greater Austin where every child has the resources and access to high quality nurturing early learning experiences, leading to stronger student outcomes and lifelong success.
Increasing high quality instruction and implementation of best practices through professional development and individualized coaching
Supporting directors in attaining full enrollment, full fee collection, and revenues covering the per-child cost
Lowering the back-office administrative costs of running a high quality childcare business through bulk discounted pricing and reimbursements
